We’re looking for a motivated and experiencedPharmacy Business Managerto join our high-performing Sales team. In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial success across a designated territory, promoting ourGenerics and OTC portfoliowithin the UK retail pharmacy sector. This is a hybrid position, combining face-to-face and remote engagement in line with an omni-channel sales approach.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering against commercial sales targets across Generics and OTC products.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with Pharmacists and retail customers.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally within a Key Account Management (KAM) framework.
  • Managing your territory through a customer-focused hybrid model, balancing in-person and digital interactions.
  • Creating and executing tailored KAM plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your region.
  • Ensuring all activity is compliant with company SOPs and industry standards.
  • Submitting regular reports and CRM updates, aligned with business expectations.


Who We’re Looking For


Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational experience.
  • ABPI Code of Practice certification (or willingness to obtain).


Experience:

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within retail pharmacy or generics.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare and NHS landscape.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Confident in remote customer engagement and digital selling tools.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with solid time management and Microsoft Office skills.
