Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ+) – EL/PL & Regulatory | Bristol

Location: Bristol (Hybrid) | Salary: £56,000–£95,000 | Experience: NQ to Senior Associate

This is a leading Legal 500 law firm offering high-profile defendant personal injury work with rare exposure to regulatory law, HSE investigations, and inquests.

Whether you’re newly qualified or already working at Associate or Senior Associate level, this is a standout opportunity to build your reputation on complex EL/PL claims and grow into broader advisory and litigation work across sectors like life sciences, R&D, and pharmaceuticals.

The role

  • Manage a high-quality caseload of fast track, multi-track, and catastrophic EL/PL claims
  • Advise self-insured corporates and top insurers on litigation and strategy
  • Support on regulatory investigations, inquests, and product liability-related issues
  • Work closely with two well-regarded Partners in a supportive, ambitious team

    Who should apply

  • NQ to 8+ PQE Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with strong defendant EL/PL litigation experience
  • Lawyers interested in branching into regulatory law (inquest/regulatory experience a plus, but not essential)
  • Confident litigators ready to progress within a firm that offers real development and career growth
