The Role

Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic HR environment? We’re looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our People Operations team and help shape the future of our organisation!

What will you be doing?

As a People Operations Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for managers, offering expert advice and practical solutions on a wide range of HR matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing talent acquisition activities, including recruitment systems, supporting hiring managers, and producing job offers.

  • Advising managers on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with policies and best practices. Ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, contractual changes, and HR system updates.

  • Enhancing employee experience through improved systems, processes, and policies.

  • Delivering insightful people data and HR metrics.

  • Leading or supporting systems implementations and HR-related projects.

    The Person

    Essential:

  • Degree educated or equivalent.

  • Solid generalist HR experience.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Experience in systems implementation or project management within an HR setting.

    Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it).
