CK QLS are currently supporting an innovative and fast-growing biopharmaceutical company, in their search for a Payroll Specialist, to join their team at their site in Allschwil (near Basel).

Key Responsibilities:
Administer the full payroll process, including data collection, input of employee changes, and on-boarding of new staff.
Execute monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Manage salary continuation cases such as illness, accident, and maternity leave.
Handle the administration of child and education allowances.Your Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
Solid understanding of the Swiss social insurance system and payroll regulations.
Proficient with IT systems; experience with SAP payroll is a strong plus.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR/Finance team, within a forward-thinking company that’s shaping the future of healthcare.
