The opportunity….

We invite interested Associate Dentists AND experienced Practice Managers who see themselves as business leaders, and who are keen to take a step towards potential greater financial rewards and supported career development. We are happy to accept applications from Associates and Practice Managers who already work together as a trusted partnershiporfrom individuals who would like to understand more about the opportunity. You will walk into a very well-presented practice with digital equipment and AI enhancements including an in-house digital lab with 3D printer. This will be a mixed dental practice with great private potential. Our aim is to offer and support all patients by providing them access to all skills across the profession: Dentists, Therapists, Hygienists and Dental Nurses with additional skills like childsmile. We are reaching out now with a view to opening the practice doors around Summer 2025.

What makes this opportunity different?

We are offering you the chance to take a leadership role and benefit from enhancing your financial earnings under our Principal Ownership Plan (POP). Under POP there is no financial investment required by you; however, you will receive a % of the increase in value of the business at the end of a 3-year period. Due to this being a practice opening, the projected business growth and in turn the financial benefits have the potential to be significant under the right leadership. An onsite lab will be included and have an experienced lab technician in place already, a huge benefit for any practice leader.

About the practice…..

Novadent Family Dental Careis to be opened on the site of a previous practice called Nanodent in Glenrothes, Fife. The renovation plans will ensure the practice has the right look and facilities to offer a high-end level of service to patients within the area. The digital capabilities in this practice will be unparalleled. As previously mentioned, the practice will have the advantage of an onsite digital lab with 3D printer. The business leader(s) will be the driving force behind the growth of the practice and delivery of services to children and their families in the area. We will have an education suite and consultation room as well as a dedicated children’s area within reception. There is high patient demand for registration within the area, and a new housing development less than 2 minutes away is close to completion. There are private parking spaces on site.
