Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Overtime + Annual Bonus

The Role: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Panel Wirer / Electrical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling control and pneumatic panels, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
 
Panel Wirer - What You’ll Be Doing: 

Assemble control and pneumatic panels from schematics and assembly drawings.
Wire panels from workbenches and at floor level up to 2 metres in height.
Mark, drill, and assemble panels to align with client specifications.
Fit both electrical and mechanical components.
Cut, crimp, strip, and terminate cables accurately.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in control panels.
Carry out field wiring of machines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and maintain a 5S workplace environment. Panel Wirer  - What You Can Offer: 

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in control panel assembly (Essential).
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
