As this revolutionary technology continues to expand rapidly, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join the company. To help maintain and grow this standard, were seeking a Packing Operative to support our production activities. Please note that this is an entry level role.

Background to the role

You will be a member of the Operations and Finance Team reporting into the Production Manager.

As this role is a hands-on role, it will be solely office based in Redhill, Surrey, UK

Mon to Thursday, 8am to 5pm. Friday 8am to 2.30pm

Purpose Of The Role

Execution of production operations relating to product packing and quality control, whilst maintaining compliance to quality regulations and guidelines and meeting internal and external customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

receipt and acceptance of incoming materials

cutting and packing EI strips and associated components

preparing kits for shipping

completion of associated production support activities, such as cleaning, stock checks

Candidate Requirements

Skills and Attributes:

Ability to work well alone, and with others as part of a team, to meet flexible deadlines

Diligent task completer with good organisational skills and a can-do attitude

Ability to adhere to Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures, providing input into updates when required

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Capable of working to high standards with excellent attention to detail

Ability to complete production and stock records accurately

Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Communicate/feedback effectively with management and other staff members

Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere

Anticipates and overcomes obstacles

Resilient, optimistic and open to change
