Acorn by Synergie is looking for Packing Operatives to join their Global Pharmaceutical client in the Hengoed area.

Packaging Operative Role

Shifts and Rate of Pay:

Continental shifts - working 4 on 4 off.

This includes working 2 x 12 hour days 6am - 6pm. Followed by 2 x 12 hour nights 6pm - 6am.

Starting at £11.44 per hour. Including a shift allowance of £47.65 for each shift worked.

Skills required:

*High attention to detail

*Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

*Strong communication skills

*Willingness to learn and adapt

*Previous experience in a packaging role is an advantage

Duties:

*Examine products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for packaging

*Apply labels to products or packaging containers

*Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

*Giving effective assistance in the changeover / clean down of packing lines

*Maintaining accurate records of production data

*Ability to work at a fast pace and be able to meet daily targets
