£40,000 - £45,000 (experience dependent) + Benefits + 9-5.30pm office-based + collaborative & supportive global Business environment
A successful global pharmaceutical organisation is looking to engage with a proactive and energetic PA / Team Administrator to support the CEO’s diary commitments & help in the office as required
PA / Team Administrator remit;

  • Provide PA support duties to the CEO
  • Collaborate with and provide support as required to other Senior Managers, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation.
  • Provide highly effective diary management including the resolution of scheduling conflicts.
  • Gather, compile, and organise key information from various sources, including internal reports, external research, and team updates.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, travel VISAs, prepare itineraries, and manage expenses in compliance with company policy.
  • Provide a high level of administrative support including assisting with meeting and greeting clients / visitors to the Business, invoicing & project management.
  • Cultivate a robust network across the business globally, facilitating seamless communication, and fostering collaboration.
    PA / Team Administrator profile;
  • Diploma / Degree or similar level qualification.
  • Minimum 3yrs previous PA or Team Administrator experience in a fast-paced commercial business environment.
  • Pharmaceutical / Healthcare background or experience working in a highly regulated, process-driven environment beneficial.
  • Strong experience in Diary management, organising complex and conflicting travel itineraries, organising meetings & compiling presentations and reports.
  • An all-round Administrator, happy to act as Receptionist, managing visitors to the office + office admin duties as required.
  • Comfortable taking calls from the CEO outside of normal office hours as required
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS etc.
  • Confident communication, organisational and planning skills.
  • Reliable and committed personality with high integrity to deal with confidential information.
  • Confident building and developing key business relationships.
  • Able to manage high volume workload with accuracy & proficiency.
  • Hindi speaker beneficial
