Role Overview

The company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Administrator to join its administrative team. This role is central to maintaining high service standards, with responsibilities ranging from processing orders and managing records to handling customer queries and supporting internal coordination.

Duties to include -

Process customer orders received via email from existing clients, ensuring accurate entry into the order and stock management system.
Generate picking instructions and communicate order details to the warehouse team for fulfilment.
Digitally scan and file documents using the company's virtual cabinet system.
Address customer enquiries regarding damaged or missing goods, investigating issues and updating the internal system accordingly.
Relieve stock from the system and ensure accurate data input within the in-house database.
Professionally handle incoming telephone calls, transferring or taking messages as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational flow.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the daily functions of the office.

Requirements -

Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or logistics-related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.

Working hours Full-time, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
