Are you an experieced Operations Manager / Director with a passion for branding and the ability to keep everything running smoothly within an agency? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join one of our clients , who are a vibrant and growing founder-led agency., specialising in branding for the beauty, wellness, medcomms, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Due to the continued growth and demand for their services, they are looking for someone who can support the founder by taking the reins on day to day operations, managing their talented teams, and ensuring that their clients receive the exceptional service they’ve come to expect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the agency and making sure everything ticks along seamlessly.

  • Supporting the founder by taking on key responsibilities and allowing them to focus on strategic growth.

  • Managing and motivating our team members to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

  • Keeping projects running smoothly, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and the quality of work is second to none.

  • Acting as the main escalation point of contact for clients to make sure they’re always in the loop and well cared for.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes to help achieve these.

  • Collaborating closely with the founder and leadership team to contribute to the agency’s long term success.

    What we need you to have:

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a branding agency or related sectors (beauty, wellness, medcomms, pharmaceuticals).

  • Experience working in a fast paced, client focused environment and a good understanding of the branding process in these industries.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams of creative professionals.

  • Strong problem solving and process improvement to keep things running smoothly.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client relations.

  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
