Operations and Innovations Manager

Hybrid – min. 2-3 days per week in Andover Head Office

Our Client, Harpar Grace International, is entrepreneurial and dynamic company founded in 2013. They specialise in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands. Creative, yet commercial, the company has been achieving strong year-on-year growths with the team rapidly expanding to support the ongoing growth of the company and development of their portfolio both in the UK and internationally.


To join them on their exciting journey, they are currently looking for meticulous and enterprising Operations and Innovations Manager – you will be responsible for overseeing operations and commercial teams, all aspects of product development, contract and regulatory control and support with continuous improvement as well as existing and future IT platform.


You will be working across the entire company, on multiple projects, manifesting a vision for infrastructure and organisational processes to ensure delivering long term sustainable growth, whilst mitigating risk.


The role will be pivotal in assuring the company’s continued stable and profitable performance.


Operations and Innovations Manager, the role:


  • Leading Sales and Operations forecasting process
  • Supervising New Product Development approach for the business
  • Defining and implementing SOPs throughout the business
  • Scoping new product concepts - margin potential, market access, supply chain, manufacturing schedule and risks
  • Managing manufacturing briefs, tenders, contracts, project plans and reports
  • Maintaining accurate and consistent records, ensuring data integrity within systems
  • Overseeing Prospect Database and sales integrity of CRM system
  • Retaining product pricing and delivering cost improvement programs
  • Looking after project reporting, product performance and departmental KPI’s
  • Coordinating cross departmental process deployment
  • Supporting IT transition and introduction of new systems – driving simplification

Operations and Innovations Manager, the applicant:


  • Previous, solid experience within a business or innovations operations role
  • Knowledge of cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty industry would be desirable; passionate about beauty, spa and advanced skin care ideal
  • Advanced IT skills - Microsoft Suite (inc. Excel), ERP, Inventory management systems
  • Robust understanding of business systems, reporting and procedures
  • Proven history of successfully meeting and exceeding challenging goals
  • Strong professional and presentation standards
  • Exceptional organisation skills, keen analytical mind and creative thinker
  • Adaptable, desired to be challenged and a key player in overall company success
