The Team
Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world's most recognizable brands to design and implement a future ready operating model for supply chains that balance between Cost, Speed and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high value work that transforms customer experience.
Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients' digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology i.e., AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.
We are a global team and operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around the topics of Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations and Agile Logistics.

The Role
You would lead Industry X / Digital Manufacturing / Smart operations workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
Lead & contribute to Planning, conception, and implementation of complex Digital Manufacturing / Industry X transformation projects over the entire project life cycle including collaboration with internal and external partners
Lead & contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation
Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
Develop Methodologies & Collateral to support the promotion of methods and tools, through presentations, specimen RFI / RFP content, methodologies, toolkits and deliverables

The Role
You would lead Industry X / Digital Manufacturing / Smart operations workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
Lead & contribute to Planning, conception, and implementation of complex Digital Manufacturing / Industry X transformation projects over the entire project life cycle including collaboration with internal and external partners
Lead & contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation
Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
Develop Methodologies & Collateral to support the promotion of methods and tools, through presentations, specimen RFI / RFP content, methodologies, toolkits and deliverables

Requirements

Have at least 12+ years in consulting roles or worked with software vendor with significant expertise in Manufacturing solutions and demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in MES, IIOT / Digital Manufacturing including integration with the Supply Chain and R&D
Have Industry experience in specific sectors including either of Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Life-Sciences/ Pharmaceuticals and demonstrate deep knowledge of factory / plant operational challenges and opportunities.
Have expertise and experience in analysing clients' strategy, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities including process improvements to meet business objectives
Have experience and expertise in assisting client business case development by estimating technology and implementation costs and effort estimation using own experience and Infosys guided estimating tools.
Have expertise and experience in selecting the appropriate application, technology and infrastructure components including IT & OT. Hands-on experience in the one or more of the technology tools is preferred (eg. SAP MES/MII, SAP DMC, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, Apriso, Tulip, PTC Thingworx etc)
Have awareness and hands-on experience of all aspects of designing and constructing end-to-end solutions, including application integration and shop floor security, within local (edge), enterprise (on premise) and cloud architectures.
Have knowledge of existing, new and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them for shop floor operational processes.
Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency),
Have project-related mobility/willingness to travel
