We are recruiting on behalf of our reputable healthcare & pharmaceutical recruitment client for an experienced onboarding administrator based in their Head Office in Edinburgh, you will play a key role within our small team to ensure that our field-based teams receive first class administrative support and are equipped to do their jobs.

You will work closely with our external Client and with the internal Operations and Project Management Teams, providing administrative support as required since the collaborative effort of these departments is integral to the success of the business.

Main Duties:-

  • Initial onboarding of new starts (ordering & dispatching equipment and uniforms / sending out mandatory forms for completion / providing training on the company's systems, policies and processes, etc)
  • Collating and processing monthly timesheets / expense claims
  • Handling telephone and email queries on a range of issues e.g. absence and holidays, payroll, reward and recognition vouchers and other staff benefits
  • Maintaining accurate records of mandatory training and qualifications.
  • Producing monthly reports for Clients on team activities (absences / accident logs / compliance checks)
  • Managing supplies of PPE for the Nurse team - including ordering, stock taking and dispatching the weekly Team orders
  • Acting as main point of contact for off boarding to ensure all company equipment is returned and processes are completed.

    Hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days at home) Training (3/4 weeks) in the office. Hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
