The Role

You mightve first fell in love with Oatly by finding us in the best coffee shops across the country and the Out of Home (OOH) sector and in Foodservice sector in particular. Foodservice continues to be just as crucial to building the brand today.

Were looking for a National Account Manager (NAM) Foodservice to manage our Foodservice Wholesale customers. Youll be responsible for building and managing the relationship with those customers becoming an expert in how they work and how we can win together. Heres the main elements of the role...

  • Manage relationships with our key Foodservice Wholesale customers like Bidfood and Brakes building super strong relationships with a range of contacts across these businesses.
  • Develop & execute customer joint business plans that help deliver against Oatlys goals and those of our customers.
  • Bring on new business by working closely with your customer contacts to identify opportunities and by creating bespoke proposals.
  • Be the voice of your customers internally developing a strong understanding of them how they work their goals and how we can work together to achieve them (as well as our own).
  • Accurately forecast volume sales for your customers and track performance against those forecasts providing clear updates to the business on performance.
  • Deliver against volume and spend targets and continually work to find new opportunities to hit those targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider OOH team Including globally to share learnings and further your business.
  • Plan negotiate & execute game changing NPD launches smoothly and effectively.
  • Lead and manage the business project of Machine Hacking resulting in Oatly opening up more distribution opportunities across Foodservice with the right solution.

Who You Are

  • You have strong commercial and financial acumen including experience in executing JBPs.

  • Youre equally lit up by building relationships and are energised by being out with your customers.
  • Youre motivated by hitting and exceeding targets and delivering results.

  • Youd consider yourself a self starter who doesnt need direct supervision to motivate you for success you love taking ownership of your work with all the freedom that comes with it.
