Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?

Your Role

In this role you will manage and monitor key account customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Complete and send client reports/KPI’s /QBR and Investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
  • Attend off site client meetings.
  • Provide shipment specific updates where required.
  • Escalate all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team and applicable Business Development account Manager.
  • Monitor / Assist with live bookings / collection orders.
  • Understand client tariffs and handle quotations / pricing requests / shipping queries. .
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1
  • Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
  • Excellent understanding of World Geography. Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
  • Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products.
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability
