Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
(Electrical Bias)
£59,200 + lots of opportunity for paid overtime +8% pension + Healthcare and more
Panama Shift:
2 weeks of Days, 2 weeks of nights - 12-hour shifts
(2 on, 2 off, 3 on 2 off 2 on, 3 off)
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machinery running at peak performance?
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to join a global leader who specialise in manufacturing high quality, durable materials used in the construction sector.
Key Tasks:

  • Diagnose and fix electrical & mechanical faults to keep production running smoothly
  • Investigate route cause of faults and identify and implement proactive and preventative solutions
  • Reduce downtime and boost plant performance through proactive maintenance
  • Work within a skilled team, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
  • Monitor plant performance and report faults via CMMS
  • Be a key player in continuous improvement and innovation
    Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained Electrical / Multi-skilled Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience maintaining both electrical & mechanical systems; motors, drives, PLC's, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics
  • Proactive approach and improvement mindset
  • Team player
    On Offer
  • Exellent salary- £42600 + 39% Shift Premium
  • 42 hour week
  • Holidays x24 (12 hour shifts)
  • Private Healthcare and regular health assessments
  • Paid overtime x1.5 for 1st 6 hours x2 after 6 hours and on Sunday
