MSAT Director - UK


We are partnered with a global industry leading pharmaceutical company seeking a their next MSAT Director to lead their Manufacturing, Science and Technology teams at their North East of the UK location. This permanent position is critical in driving the lifecycle and continuous improvement of sterile manufacturing, as well as overseeing new product introductions (NPI). The role offers the opportunity to shape strategic planning, ensure compliance, and optimise processes within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site-level technical teams in sterile manufacturing, dermatological product lifecycles, and NPIs.
  • Drive process optimisation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for product commercialisation and technical operations.


Required Skills:

  • Biologics Expertise:Advanced knowledge of biologics essential for effective decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Leadership:Demonstrated ability to guide site-level teams efficiently while fostering collaboration and innovation.
