Job Description
Perform laboratory testing and analysis on clinical specimens to support diagnosis and treatment.
Receive and prepare samples for analysis according to standard protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Document and report accurate test results in a timely manner.
Adhere to laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the laboratory work area.
Comply with patient confidentiality standards and institutional policies.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when necessary.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
