CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Solutions Lead in Neuroimmunology & Rare Diseases, to join a global pharmaceutical company, on a contract basis, initially for 12 months. Salary: PAYE from £40.00 - £50.00 per hour or Umbrella from £55.00 - £66.00 per hour, inside IR35. Medical Solutions Lead Role: Scientific Knowledge & TA Leadership: Act as the highest scientific expert for the asset and therapeutic area. Regional Medical Activities: Supporting the execution of regional medical activities, including international congresses and pan-European initiatives. Development of Regional Solutions: Develop coordinated regional solutions for medical education and patient identification. Medical Content and Communication: Ensure review of relevant regional medical content and develop advocacy concepts. External Engagement: Engage with top national and international Thought Leaders (KOLs) and build regional networks. Medical Insights & Strategy: Consolidate regional medical insights and contribute to global medical strategy. Medical Community Engagement: Support the medical lead with the regional medical community for the assigned disease area and asset. Capability Building: Support local teams and global medical community with training on the latest medical data. Your Background : Master's Degree or Pharmacy degree required, Ph.D. preferred. Extensive experience in Neurology (MG) preferred, or Rare disease. Substantial Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry (5 years). Experience of Supported Congress and KOL engagement. Strong strategic acumen, business acumen, and ability to critically analyze complex data. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
