Medical Science Liaison

Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) - UK - National

Blackfield Associates is currently working with a Biotechnology Company who is looking to recruit a highly personable, scientifically proficient and data driven MSL to join there Medical Affairs team to deliver their Allergy portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal teams.
• Deliver scientific presentations, provide medical insights, and ensure access to current product and therapeutic information.
• Support collaborative efforts like research, symposia, and educational programs, ensuring scientific integrity.
• Share competitor intelligence and provide strategic input to internal teams.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance internal scientific expertise.
• Develop and manage KOL engagements and support clinical trial performance.
• Create and contribute to medical programs, publications, and real-world evidence dissemination.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of MSL or significant medical-commercial experience.
• Life sciences background (e.g., biomedical, pharmacology, pharmacy).
• Knowledge of allergy or relevant therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory approvals, and product launches is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Additional Details:

• 70% field-based with regular travel (overnight stays approx. once every two weeks).
• Role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s background.
