We are currently working with a UK-based exclusive distributor focused on regenerative aesthetics. They have a portfolio of rigorously tested and scientifically backed injectable products designed to transform the skin from within. The company is passionate about enhancing the quality of aesthetic education in the UK and is now looking for a Medical Science Liaison to join the team.

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the products are safe and effective by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, bringing clinical and technical expertise to provide the highest standards of quality and effectiveness throughout the business. You will be the trusted expert for all scientific and educational enquiries and responsible for creating impactful agendas and clinical content for symposiums.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, up-to-date training programs (standard, advanced, masterclass) to drive product adoption as well as continuously improve the training through feedback
• Develop and implement customer training strategies, secure CPD approval, and enhance client capabilities through tailored programs.
• Lead training initiatives for corporate accounts, aligning with business goals.
• Ensure external academies meet standards, train academy trainers, and provide additional support when needed.
• Act as the technical expert for the portfolio, addressing staff and customer queries.
• Build strong relationships with faculty to ensure timely support.
• Plan symposia agendas, recommend speakers, and ensure impactful delivery.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:

• Significant experience in the aesthetics industry.
• Track record of developing and delivering customer training initiatives that entail the safe and effective use of products and/or services.
• Ability to create robust well-researched and documented scientific content (written and symposia).
• Ability to partner with faculty and external partners.
• Ability to support the translation of medical content into commercial messaging and easy-to-understand concepts.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
