They deliver specialist services that support their clients’ success in bringing novel medicines to market and maximising their impact.


THE CONTRACT ROLE

As a Medical Operations Manager (Consultant), you will be central to the execution of medical affairs projects for a range of biopharma clients. You’ll ensure high-quality, compliant delivery of operational activities from document management and meeting coordination to process optimisation and system implementation. Acting as a trusted operational lead, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of strategic medical programmes and act as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing medical operations projects with precision and compliance.
  • Own meeting logistics, documentation (agendas, minutes, actions), and cross-functional coordination across regulatory, compliance, and medical teams.
  • Support audits, lead SOP development, and implement operational process improvements.
  • Provide system onboarding and client training on medical affairs platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, building trusted client relationships.


ABOUT YOU

You’ll thrive in this consultancy role if you bring:

  • Extensive experience in medical operations, medical affairs, or cross-functional life sciences project management.
  • Deep understanding of governance, SOP development, and regulatory requirements (e.g. ABPI, EFPIA, FDA).
  • Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach to managing risk and driving continuous improvement.


This is a remote role (full-time), with business travel as required.
