About The Role

The Medical Director (“MD”) will assist senior scientific staff in providing scientific support for assigned client projects. The MD will be responsible for scientific content on specific projects. With supervision of senior medical staff, the MD will develop content that is scientifically accurate and strategically sound, meet with the client and work with faculty. You will report to the Senior Medical Director.


Responsibilities


  1. Ensure medical communications are accurate, clinically relevant, and reflect recent advances.
  2. Consult with key opinion leaders and provide expert resources.
  3. Maintain knowledge of developments in the pharmaceutical industry regarding drugs.
  4. Partner with clients on communication goals, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  5. Conduct literature searches to ensure accurate medical information.
  6. Analyze and interpret complex medical documents.
  7. Synthesize clinical trial data for relevant audiences.
  8. Attend and help design clinical trial meetings and advisory boards.
  9. Assist in writing and editing medical manuscripts, white papers, abstracts, posters, etc.
  10. Verify scientific accuracy and quality control medical documents.
