Evolve are partnering with one of the worlds leading aesthetics companies who are seeking an Events Project Manager to join their team. Youll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the medical education strategy and operational plan. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing of all external training, education, and conference events, delivered in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.

Evolve are partnering with one of the worlds leading aesthetics companies who are seeking an Events Project Manager to join their team. Youll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the medical education strategy and operational plan. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing of all external training, education, and conference events, delivered in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent position working 3 days per week from our clients head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements For The Events Project Manager

  • Ideally, youll have experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in events management, along with experience working with Veeva PromoMats is essential.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Youll be confident, quick thinking, responsive, and solution orientated.

Role Responsibilities For The Events Project Manager

  • Support the delivery of the external medical education strategy and plan in collaboration with the Medical Education Manager.
  • Assist in the implementation of external in person training, educational and conference events by managing timelines and resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Actively engage and communicate as a true events ambassador through developing and maintain strong working relationships within wider business teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of event details and generate comprehensive reports for post events analysis for continuous improvement.
