About the Business Division:

This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas: Media Buying, Creative and Content, and Email. The team currently employs 32 staff and is supported by Data4NHS, which provides one of the largest GDPR-compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated, and confident person, ideally with some knowledge of Healthcare Professional media, to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within healthcare media and building strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities:

We pride ourselves on our strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role involves working with the media team on media planning, buying, and campaign implementation to help maintain and grow our client base.

Your role as a Media Planner/Buyer will include:

  1. Planning, booking, and managing the delivery of client campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels.
  2. Liaising with publishers to source media information and confidently presenting it to clients and the team.
  3. Presenting proposals and campaign analysis directly to clients with confidence.
  4. Proactively identifying new opportunities for clients.
  5. Developing a good understanding of all relevant media channels, including social media.
  6. Providing internal support to ensure timely turnaround for client proposals.
  7. Monitoring dashboards to ensure campaigns are running correctly and recommending optimizations.
  8. Preparing campaign analysis reports.
  9. Collaborating with internal departments and external partners such as publishers and creative agencies to ensure smooth implementation and that deadlines are met.
  10. Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in Healthcare Professional media buying.
  • Be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Be self-motivated, able to manage oneself, and ambitious to exceed expectations.
  • Be a proactive learner, able to work well under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Healthcare market knowledge is a plus.
