This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., a specialist Healthcare Communications agency. We partner with clients to deliver comprehensive marketing services across three key areas: Media Buying, Creative and Content, and Email. Our team consists of 32 members, supported by Data4NHS, which provides one of the largest GDPR-compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated, and confident individual, ideally with some knowledge of Healthcare Professional media, to join our media team. The candidate should have experience in healthcare media and building strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities
We value our long-term client relationships. This role involves working with the media team on media planning, buying, and campaign implementation to maintain and grow our client base.

Role
As a Media Planner Buyer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, booking, and managing the delivery of client campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Liaising with publishers to source media information and presenting confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Directly engaging with clients, including presenting proposals and campaign analysis.
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities for clients.
  • Understanding all relevant media channels, including social media.
  • Supporting internal teams to meet proposal turnaround times.
  • Monitoring campaign dashboards and recommending optimizations.
  • Preparing campaign analysis reports.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and deadlines.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will:

  • Have experience in Healthcare Professional media buying.
  • Be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage their workload effectively.
  • Work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Required
Candidates should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
  • Strong teamwork skills within the media department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Healthcare market knowledge is a plus.
