Mechanical Project Manager – Oxford

£75,000 – £85,000 + Travel Allowance

We’re working in partnership with a leading MEP contractor known for delivering high-profile projects across the UK. With a £120 million annual turnover and partnerships with Tier 1 main contractors, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing Oxfordshire-based team.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex mechanical packages across commercial and pharmaceutical schemes, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end mechanical project delivery from pre-construction to handover.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors.

*

Coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and QA/QC procedures.

*

Monitor project budgets, cost reporting, and procurement schedules.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing commercial and pharmaceutical projects.

*

Strong background in mechanical building services.

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance.

*

Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or large-scale MEP firms.

*

Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding.

Package:

Basic Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 (DOE)
