My client is a market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor with a deep history, renowned for successfully delivering major Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Data Centre projects in the UK & Europe.

Reporting to the Senior MEP Project Manager, they require a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to manage the pipework and sprinkler packages on a major Data Centre scheme, for which they are appointed as Principal Contractor.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Review contract documents and prepare proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs with the CAD team.
Work closely with commercial teams on labor costs, procurement, and final accounts.
Take financial responsibility for project budgets and cost control.
Supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
Represent the company in progress, design, and client meetings.
Communicate regularly with estimating, commercial, and contract teams.
Track and maintain project KPIs and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Maintain strong client-facing communication skills.
Hold relevant Mechanical/Building Services qualifications and certifications.
Use IT tools effectively for project management and reporting.
