Are you a mechanical design engineer, looking for a senior position within an industry leading manufacturing company, providing bespoke machinery to the food and beverage industries, where you will have a high degree of creative freedom and play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the business?

Adding to their continued growth over the last 20 years, they are looking to grow their team of experts to support further product innovation, and expand the reach of the company globally.

You will be responsible for designing a range of manufacturing systems including conveyor systems, rotary turntables, tanks and vessels, and access platforms. Working closely with a small design team and the wider manufacturing department, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth by ensuring deadlines are met and liaising with a variety of external stakeholders.

The role:
Research, development, design, and testing of bespoke machinery
Working on Autodesk Inventor
Following the full product lifecycle with plenty of variety
Attending meetings with key stakeholders
Ensuring projects remain within budgetary and time constraints
The person:
Mechanical Design Engineer
Experience in designing conveyor systems for food, beverage, packaging or pharmaceutical industry
Autodesk Inventor experience
