The Opportunity
The Dechra Manufacturing & Supply division is implementing Oracle Cloud ERP across global manufacturing sites. As Master Data Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the ETL process within the ERP system.
This key project aims to harmonize best practices across the division with increased efficiency, compliance, and productivity. You will support business stakeholders in preparing accurate data and transforming it into the correct format for upload phases.
This role offers flexibility with hybrid working in the UK, but attendance at our Northwich office is required for business needs.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have responsibilities including:
Handling large volumes of information, validating, and quality assuring data for accuracy.
Supporting data conversion and cleansing activities, filling offline templates for uploading.
Supporting extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading of Master Data from multiple systems into the new ERP, gathering data from multisource, denormalized databases, and sharing with stakeholders.
Applying data principles and recognizing the value of master data.
Preparing data in the correct format for Cloud ERP implementation.
Assisting users in preparing accurate data modules.
Harmonizing and submitting raw data within templates for upload.
Investigating, resolving, or escalating master data issues to support ERP implementation.
Identifying opportunities to improve performance and data quality through analytics and insights.
Implementing initiatives to enhance data quality, consistency, and governance.
Collaborating with IT, site stakeholders, and corporate teams to design, implement, and improve data tools and reports.
Supporting ERP software tools development and change initiatives.
Working closely with GPOs and site stakeholders to maintain data integrity at all levels.
