🔍 About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and drive our growing marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, generating demand, and helping shape the future of TRUPCR in Europe and beyond.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on multi-channel campaigns, conferences, content creation, and analytics to guide future strategies and unlock growth opportunities.


🎯Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to guide marketing efforts.
  • Develop compelling marketing content (web, brochures, press releases, etc.).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
  • Support CRM and sales lead optimization (experience with Salesforce a plus).
  • Manage content calendars, reporting dashboards, and marketing trackers.
  • Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts.


✅ What We're Looking For:


Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B or healthcare).
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, social media).
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Initiative-taker who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Desirable:

  • Degree in a life science or biomedical discipline.
  • Familiarity with the diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare industry.
