Cpl Life Sciences are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join their established team. The Marketing Coordinator will work with a team Marketing Managers to support them with the management of Marketing projects - focused on the coordination, project management and financials of projects.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Budget management and tracking

• Purchase order creation and management using SAP system

• Invoice processing and management

• Support the marketing and sales managers with ad-hoc requests and workflows on the content management systems (Veeva PromoMats and Vault).

• Ad-hoc support on marketing campaigns and projects

• Management of the annual UK external conference plan


Requirements:

• Experience in Life Sciences Marketing, Project Management or Account Management (e.g. Medical/healthcare communications, Marketing agency or in-house experience)
