Position: Marketing Associate

Location:UK - Remote

Client:Global Leading Pharma


Planet Pharma are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company who are currently hiring for a Marketing Associate on a fully remote basis, for a 12 months contract with possibility of extension!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates closely with Brand, Franchise, and Business Unit leads to implement brand plan tactics.
  • Develops and executes omnichannel communication campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Uses KPIs to guide and optimise marketing strategy.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, supporting leadership messaging without direct authority.
  • Builds and leverages strong cross-functional relationships to deliver brand objectives.
  • Supports brand engagement across sales and business units using relevant resources.
  • Leads coordination between internal teams, agencies, and vendors from project brief to execution.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in digital communications.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks during campaign planning and implementation.
  • Guarantees outputs meet internal standards and regulatory codes.
  • Delivers projects on time and evaluates their success using KPIs.
  • Creates and shares campaign dashboards tracking customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
  • Helps prioritise tasks based on business insights and performance data.
  • Monitors DOE (Direct Operating Expenses) spend to ensure alignment with budget phasing.
  • Manages DOE spend under senior leadership guidance.



Key Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent, ideally in marketing, business, IT, or a related technology/media field.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering multichannel or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management systems.
  • Skilled in analysing data and reporting on campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant industry regulations and codes of practice.


Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM-based marketing automation tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas.
  • Background in customer-facing roles such as sales, market access, or account management.
