We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and implement digital and print marketing campaigns for the brand to promote the suite of available products and ensure optimal customer campaign performance.


Our Marketing team are responsible for delivering marketing campaigns for clients ensuring the best possible return-on-investment is achieved through effective marketing – website content, email, social networks, PPC.


The successful applicant will ideally have a qualification in Marketing or a minimum of 1 years experience working in a Marketing role with knowledge and experience of email marketing and creating content for B2B social media channels. The role and function of the team requires strong communication, customer service and relationship building skills along with the ability to process quickly and accurately.

The Role:

  • Use the company CRM to set up all activities, cases and documents relating to the client order including timelines and reporting milestones.
  • Load all content marketing collateral to websites, checking gating is set up accurately.
  • Set up webinars and digital campaigns – create project plan, including timelines and the critical path.
  • Manage uploading digital assets to websites.
  • Promote both the online and offline issue of the magazine and relevant articles/features via all channels available.
  • Update statistics on client campaigns to support the analysis of performance.
  • Oversight of campaigns to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of service to clients.
  • Attend events, exhibitions and conferences run by RP as well as other relevant events. Some overseas travel is required.


Key Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience of email marketing and creating content for B2B social media channels.
  • Excellent Communication (written & verbal) – accuracy and professional.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Accurate data and information processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
