Hobson Prior is seeking a Market Access Consultant to join a dynamic team dedicated to improving access to treatments for patients with rare and life-threatening conditions. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare initiatives while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized market access strategies.
  • Lead research, analysis, and reporting to support client projects.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and present materials on market access topics, including early access programs in Europe.
  • Manage client programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and competitor research to support client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and manage client programs effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data.
  • Experience in market access, healthcare consulting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about healthcare innovation.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Interest in medical research, healthcare provision, and the pharmaceutical industry.
