We’re currently recruiting for a

Manufacturing Batch Document Supervisor

to join our

Manufacturing team . In this role, you will lead a team of Batch Document Officers, coordinating their daily activities to ensure all batch documentation is processed timely, supporting our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities include:
Accountability for the performance, training, and development of the Batch Document Officers team
Ensuring consistency in batch document support activities across Manufacturing
Acting as a subject matter expert
Leading improvements in batch document processes
Generating batch documents for new process/product introductions
Tracking completed BMRs and documents to meet KPIs and batch delivery targets
Supporting GMP data capture for Continuous Process Verification
Coordinating with Manufacturing support functions regarding material shortages
We are looking for:
A-Levels, preferably science-based
Experience in line management or supervision (preferred)
Good understanding of GMP, GDocP, or GLP (preferred)
Ability to travel across Oxfordshire sites
