T-SQUARED Validair (part of the T-SQUARED group) is a leading provider of contamination control testing, qualification, and GMP compliance services, serving clients across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare.
With a dedicated team of 25 and the backing of a wider 100+ strong organisation operating from 9 UK locations, we are perfectly positioned for sustained growth and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities
As Managing Director, you will assume full responsibility for the performance, direction, and culture of T-SQUARED Validair. Your focus will be on continued growth, operational excellence, and expanding our client base in the UK and internationally.
Reporting to the Group Board, you will lead the management team and act as the face of the company in key client and industry engagements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Setting and delivering the Company’s strategic vision and growth targets
Oversight of all key operational, financial, and commercial activities
Driving business development and nurturing key client relationships
Supporting and developing the management team
Ensuring structure in place for regulatory, legal, and quality compliance across all service lines

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK with flexibility and travel as needed.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a commercially astute leader who can drive business performance while maintaining our high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven leadership experience at senior management level, ideally within a regulated or technical service environment
Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record in growing revenue, managing profitability, and identifying new business opportunities
Sector knowledge of contamination control, cleanrooms, validation, or life sciences engineering
Excellent communication and team-building skills , with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams
Experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and business development
A deep commitment to quality, safety, and compliance , ideally with familiarity in ISO standards, GMP, and industry best practices
