About The Role

We are looking for smart, fast moving, energetic sales executives to sell an industry and world changing proposition - Fundamental Surgery.

These important roles will be London based but expected to travel internationally at the drop of a hat based on the relationships and qualified opportunities they create within our highly targeted prospect pool (all billion dollar businesses).

In the role you will be responsible for a small number of named major account targets and will be expected to identify key individuals and opportunities within these often complex and matrixed organisations. You will work on your own initiative and closely with your team members and under the direct guidance of the Chief Revenue Office (CRO).

What You Will Do

  • You will carry a specific sales target to achieve and receive attractive uncapped bonuses on achievement
  • You will work within a major accounts sales team developing prospects against a highly defined account target list - all major Medtech, Med Device, Pharma companies
  • This will involve identifying with the CRO and VP of Marketing key opportunities within your defined accounts and then driving a planned series of actions to achieve your sales objective.
  • You will use all modern sales techniques and tools to achieve systematic development of customer relationships and identification of customer projects. Taking those opportunities from identification through to pitch, commercial negotiations and close.
  • You will use personal relationships and influence to move opportunities forward - knowing how to get close to key customer targets and influence them effectively
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on all agreed KPIs using agreed systems in place
  • You will use all the techniques available to develop a robust knowledge of the life science industry, encompassing current products and upcoming developments
  • Demonstrate FVR's technology, remotely (virtually) and face-to-face
  • Assist the wider sales team with virtual calls, in-person demonstrations and events
  • You will be based in our London office


Requirements

  • You are energetic, fast thinking, fast moving and successful. You are hungry for the next big step and this could be it!
  • You have worked in a sales team and understand what it means to work as a team and as a individual star - you can do both
  • You will walk through walls to make things happen. You are not afraid to pick up the phone or walk up to someone to start a conversation to help you to achieve your objectives.
  • You understand the importance of small moments of influence and know how to land the key messages in a timely manner - you understand the difference between a successful elevator pitch and a well formed long-form proposal - you know when to use each.
  • You are professional in everything you do - the way you think, plan, communicate, dress, hold yourself. You like to do everything to a high standard but know when to be pragmatic
  • You are an excellent presenter and communicator both written and verbal
  • Able to travel frequently including the USA
  • Familiar and confident using cutting edge technology


Essential Skills You Will Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Demonstrate how you are excited by the sales chase and close
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills both face to face and over the phone/zoom and in person presentation skills
  • Experienced in use of Sales force
  • Ideally experience of Appolo.io
  • Strong presentation skills - both creation and presentation.
  • Experience and demonstrable success across the medical device or pharmaceutical market, ideally in simulation or technology is highly advantageous for this role
  • Previous demonstrable experience of owning and exceeding financial account targets.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing successful relations at a variety of levels within organisations
