PeterboroughSalary-Negotiable Depending on experienceMonday-Friday days, 40 hours per week.
The company:Based in Peterborough, you will be joining a well-known innovative manufacturing/engineering service provider with a large UK and international presence working with companies in a wide range of industries, such as oil & gas, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and more!
Due to continued expansion and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with Mechanical and Electrical skills to join their day shift team. This role will involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day maintenance of large plant and mobile units.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Manage ongoing maintenance of large & small plant and mobile units Lead and execute maintenance projects Work independently and collaboratively with a team of qualified professionals Conduct fault-finding, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems

Be involved in a range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks; preventative, reactive and planned.
This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required:Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment Electrical engineering qualifications such as Electrical installations level 3Ideally 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations qualificationAbility to read and work to engineering drawings and specificationsAble to work to engineering health and safety procedures
