£44,186 rising to £46,865, then up to £50,000 DOE 
Monday - Thursday Nights - 07:30pm - 5:30am 

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY OFF* 

*one in three Saturdays or Sundays required -  paid at x1.5 and Sunday double time. Overtime during night is paid at x1.8 easily earn £50,000 

The Company:

They are offering some exceptional benefits and they are looking for somebody with the right culture fit with the right skills. If you have worked on any of the following this would be advantageous: Robot cells, conveyors, automated packaging machines, rollers, silos, fork lifts, vacuum systems, pallet wrappers and automated pallet transport systems.

As a Maintenance Engineer the role will entail 70% mechanical work and 30% electrical duties. You will buddy up with a senior engineer and learn from them within the first few months and involved in training/installations from the OEM. You will never be lone working, you will be working with another engineer on the night shift.

Experience required for the maintenance engineer:

Minimum 3 year’s experience working as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment - either bias!
70% mechanical work, 30% electrical work 
Qualified in an Engineering discipline – C&G/NVQ
basic knowledge of electrical is needed 
Need to be mechanically sound
Any manufacturing environment welcome – FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, RAF, Forces etc
