We are seeking a proactive and multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on a Panama day shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing site by performing reactive maintenance, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and contributing to small engineering projects.

• Breakdown Response: Respond quickly and efficiently to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults to minimize downtime.
  
  
• PPM: carry out and complete planned preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
  
  
• General Engineering Support: Provide ongoing technical support to the manufacturing team, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
  
  
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including breakdowns, PPMs.
  
  The ideal candidate will be a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer and have the relevant experience and qualifications in electrical and mechanical engineering. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food / FMCG / Beverage / Pharmaceutical industries.
  
  The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
