A leading Infrastructure investment banking platform is seeking an Analyst due to strong deal flow. This firm has a terrific reputation and will offer superb deal flow as you learn and build your experience.
You will have already gained 6-30 months Infrastructure M&A experience in a recognised investment bank or reputable boutique and be seeking to advance your career and learning potential.
Key responsibilities:
The core part of an analyst’s role is to produce complex financial models and valuations and to produce presentations for clients.
To produce briefing notes and research relating to organisations.
Synthesis and interpretation of data, to present a complete picture of an organisation or sector.
Supporting transaction execution by providing analysis and research.
Required skills:
Strong academic record (at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a leading institution)
Currently an analyst in the infrastructure sector, either in an investment bank or an infrastructure fund
Experience in executing M&A or Debt transactions in the infrastructure sector
Strong quantitative skills including experience with financial models
Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
