About The Female Health Company

The Female Health Company is the manufacturer of the only FDA-approved female condom available on the market. This role will work closely with public sector customers, including USAID, UNFPA, and key country distributors, ensuring efficient logistics planning and order fulfillment.

Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in converting orders into actionable delivery plans, ensuring products are delivered at the agreed times and dates. This role is responsible for handling all aspects of shipping, distribution, customer service, and stock planning, while working closely with production sites in Malaysia to coordinate delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end shipping and distribution process to meet set delivery timelines.

Oversee customer service and stock planning functions to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate with production sites in Malaysia to align manufacturing and delivery schedules.

*

Work closely with international public sector clients such as USAID and UNFPA to facilitate order fulfillment.

*

Handle import/export regulations and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade laws.

*

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.

*

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimise stock management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in Logistics, Shipping, and Distribution management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Understanding of import/export processes and customs documentation.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across global teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
