You'll be delivering fast-paced, technically complex projects across Europe, working closely with experienced engineers, directors and construction teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, from planning through execution to final completion.

Collaborate with engineering, BIM, procurement, and QA teams to ensure design compliance and quality standards.

Track project progress using internal systems, maintaining tight control over cost, schedule, and scope.

5+ years' experience as a Project or Contracts Manager in the Mechanical or HVAC sector.

Background as a project engineer with deep knowledge of mechanical/process systems.

Demonstrable experience managing complex projects in regulated or high-tech environments.

Clear, confident communicator with excellent client-facing and team coordination skills.

Strong commercial awareness with an ability to manage budgets and drive value.

Willingness to travel across Europe as required for project delivery.
