This position will ensure employees and contract staff meet compliance requirements relating to knowledge, skill, and practices necessary for her/his job performance and remain prepared to perform assigned tasks.The role will have standard working hours that span the support of the EU and APAC regions. However, due to the global nature of our work, some key business initiatives will require some flexibility to meet high value and high priority needs. This role will have a US based counterpart and will be part of a follow the sun support model to progress and finalize learning experiences deployed in organization's Learning systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides daily administration of global domain accounts including the management of learning activities.Coordinate, train, and monitor data entry with other LMS Administrators/trainers and assist in end user training of LMS application.Responsible for auditing compliance training, monitoring data integrity, editing data and records to ensure accuracy for prepared reports.Supports line of business systems administrators to resolve issues pertaining to the technical functionality of the LMS.Works closely with end users and learning content developers to test, publish, and manage training content.Ensures LMS system standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed.Participates in the quality assurance and data integrity process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data residing in the LMS.Provide subject matter expertise on necessary Learning Management Systems (LMS).Provide audit / inspection support such as LMS reports and data from the LMS.Provide day-day support for end users on LMS reports and other data entry components from the LMS.Maintain and improve current LMS processes and end user experience.Provide guidance and information to leadership and end users on programs (pathways) and learning assignments.Accountable for aligning across the Learning Ecosystem.Support policy and procedural changes and manual design to improve the quality of the LMS processes, including evaluation and report on effectiveness of the changes.Ensure adherence to the operating model by driving stakeholder adoption of the new process and intake portal.Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.Demonstrate the Company’s behaviors.Qualifications & Experience Candidates for this position should have experience within a Learning Management System (LMS) and a demonstrated track record of successful interaction across a matrix organization. Candidates must have the proven ability to quickly learn the functionality of an LMS and ensure compliance and data integrity.Additional professional and personal requirements include:Biotech/pharmaceutical/Commercialization or Medical industry experience is strongly preferred.Knowledge of Product Launches & compliance focused environment.Adaptable to a fast paced, complex, and ever-changing business environment.Effective consultation, communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training / learning organization / functionMinimum of 3 years’ experience as an administrator in an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors & Sana."NIIT is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
