Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical organisation who enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day and are looking for help with a project.

This exciting role could be an ideal step for a Life Science graduate who is looking to make a transition into an administration role. The successful candidate will have a relevant Life Science background and degree with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Hybrid working (8 days a month in Office) | Offices based in Canary Wharf | £14.20ph | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | 3-6 months temporary

Duties of the role:

· Working closely with the Delivery Leads to ensure service level and targets are met

· Prepare high quality case folders ready for professional assessment and ensuring these are allocated to the relevant department within required timescales and targets

· Validate and process regulatory submissions and reference supporting documentation for medical product applications

· Liaise with applicants and colleagues to address and resolve validation issues or inadequate documentation

· Establish a thorough knowledge of regulatory procedures, both National and European, and utilise this knowledge against applications
