Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a hardworking LEV Engineer to join their busy team. The company is a privately owned specialist within the Clean Air / LEV industry, with nationwide contracts. Applicants must have robust technical knowledge and must have excellent client-facing skills in order to successfully maintain client relationships as well as provide comprehensive advice. They are offering excellent salaries and packages for the successful candidate.

Our client is seeking candidates based around the following locations: Bishop's Stortford, Braintree, Harlow, Saffron Walden, Sudbury, Ipswich, Cambridge, Biggleswade, St Neots, Huntingdon, Bedford, Hitchin, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Buckingham Bicester, Oxford, Brackley, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, St Albans, St Ives.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must have experience working as an LEV Engineer within a Clean Air / LEV outfit
  • Will hold the BOHS P601 qualification as a minumum
  • Conversant in BSEN 14175 and HSG 258 guidelines
  • Flexibility to travel when required
  • Excellent written ability
  • Comfortable using IT applications

    The Role:
  • You will be conducting thorough LEV inspections, testing and repairs on a range of manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites
  • Repairs and servicing on Fume Cupboards and Safety Cabinets
  • Identifying faults on systems and making appropriate recommendations
  • Completing comprehensive risk assessments on-site
  • Maintaining COSHH standards across client sites
  • Completing hand-over meetings with clients to demonstrate how to operate systems
  • Writing thorough technical and service reports
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
