Are you a dynamic and experienced pharmacist ready to take the lead? We are seeking aLead Pharmacistto join a team in Leicester, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding pharmaceutical care and shaping the future of their pharmacy services. As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-focused services. You will lead a team of pharmacy professionals, support clinical governance, and contribute to service development.


 Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
  • Lead on audits, clinical reviews, and service improvement initiative


Requirements:



  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist (essential)
  • Proven leadership or management experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
