Job Description

Lead Maintenance Engineer London needed for a DAYS based Monday to Friday role. This role will be working for a blue chip company that is number 1 in their space within an automated factory. The company is passionate and invests heavily in their staff and training. This is a fantastic role with a great company that makes world-class products.

The Lead Maintenance Technician London would consider an engineer capable of stepping into management, with experience gained from standing in for their manager.

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 7-3.

This Lead Maintenance Engineer role offers further career progression, training, and development opportunities. The company is friendly, staff enjoy working here, and are treated very well, resulting in a very low staff turnover; people stay for many years due to the positive culture.

Desired Skills and Experience:Electrical qualification or apprenticeship and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
  • Lead teams of maintenance engineers.
  • Solid practical electrical and mechanical hands-on experience working with machinery.
  • Support with planning and managing contractors onsite.
  • Set up shifts and support maintenance activities as needed.
  • Be involved with continuous improvement projects.
  • In-depth fault finding.
  • Work on project-related work, including improvements and new installations.
  • Adhere to H&S policies.

Location:Commutable from London, Wembley, Park Royal, Acton, Watford, Ruislip, Harrow, Slough, Heathrow, Hounslow, Staines, and other parts of Surrey, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire.
